Shipping Policy

International Postage

Free Worldwide Shipping! 6 – 16 business days.

We use Fedex, DHL Express for all International orders.

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Nextshoess is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.

Returns

Once you receive your order you have 5 days to return your order. If 5 days have passed since you have received your item, unfortunately you are not eligible to open a return request.

Nextshoess is a reseller, not a manufacturer and therefore unable to hold responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of the products sold. We are unable to provide refunds once a product is used.

To complete your return, the return form provided must be filled out and all instructions on the form must be completed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all tags/labels attached and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must also use a tracked and signed for delivery service. We recommend using UPS / DHL / Royal Mail are recommended.

Nextshoess will not be responsible for the postage expenses of the return.

Your item will be fully refunded as per the order. Once processed, please allow up to 12-18 business days for the payment to be applied back to the payment method.

Nextshoes now offers an exchange service! You may return the original item and fill the out the form with your desired exchange size. Once we have received your return, we will send the replacement. Sometimes the desired size may be sold out, we will contact you to discuss available options.

In the unlikely event, if the wrong size or product has been sent by Nextshoess, the customer must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed, only if the incorrect product or a faulty product is received.
